Andrews Glass Order Fulfillment Policy

Order Fulfillment
Orders are shipped within 24 hours to 4 weeks from when the order is placed. Processing time depends on item availability. Orders placed on business days before 1:00 PM may be eligible for same-day shipping. Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays and weekends are not included and no shipments are processed on those days. Orders are acknowledged by email within 24 hours of placing the order. Shipping & Handling
For orders below $1000, a $50 flat fee will be assessed for shipping and handling. For orders that are $1000 and over, there will be no shipping and handling charges. Our standard mode of shipping is UPS Ground, If you require expedited shipping, please contact customer service by phone (1-800-845-0026) or email (mail@andrews-glass.com) with order information. Expedited shipments will incur additional shipping and handling charges. Delivery times vary, depending on location and the method of shipment selected. We cannot guarantee exact delivery time from the time you place your order, and we are not responsible if UPS extends the delivery time after the order ships. If your order is returned to us as an undeliverable package, we will contact you through the contact information submitted when your order was placed.

Payment Collections
Your credit card will be charged upon placement of the online order. The final invoice charge on your credit card will include the order total, $50 flat fee for orders below $1000, and all applicable state taxes.

Order Status
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. You may contact customer service to get the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s).

International Shipping
Please contact customer service by phone (1-800-845-0026) or email (mail@andrews-glass.com) with order information due to special handling.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days from date received. Call customer service at 1-800-845-0026 for a return authorization number.

Damaged Items
All glass products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from date received. Breakage must be reported within 10 days from the date received. If either of these events occurs, please contact customer service at 1-800-845-0026.
